These are high jump spikes. They are designed for those who take off with their left foot. The size is 28.5, which is on the larger side. However, I usually wear size 27-27.5 for running shoes and casual sneakers, and these high jump spikes in size 28.5 felt just right. Therefore, I believe they would be suitable for someone who normally wears around a size 27. They have only been worn once and have a little sand on them, but I will wash them before shipping once the sale is confirmed. A shoe bag and a spike wrench are also included.
