They are healthy because we feed them with the best liquid fertilizer, PSB, which I researched in graduate school. We have specifically gathered and cultivated excellent specimens.
We have confirmed with various aquatic plants that medaka, goldfish, and numaeabi (freshwater shrimp) like this plant. The numaeabi even cling to it and nibble.
It has incredible vitality, growing continuously even when left unattended! The best cost performance!

As these are cultivated in our own aquarium, there may be some minor dirt, dead leaves, or attached shells. We will clean them as much as possible, select the best condition ones, and ship them in a thick plastic bag with a small amount of water to minimize damage to the plants.

● How to Grow and Propagate
Growing and propagating Amazon Frogbit is very easy! First, it is not particular about water quality. The water temperature is around 20-28°C, but even in winter, they have bred outdoors with sufficient sunlight. Low light is also fine. (Of course, they grow and multiply faster with more light and longer daylight hours.) They can be cultivated sufficiently with sunlight or LED lights.
● Features
They prefer sunny locations and may develop black spots.
They can be used in biotope setups and serve as hiding places for fish that swim on the water surface and fry.
While many floating plants often struggle to grow in aquariums due to insufficient light, this species can be cultivated sufficiently even under fluorescent lighting.
They grow by expanding circular leaves radially. Under high temperatures and high light conditions in summer, they extend runners to produce offspring and multiply vigorously.
When in good condition, the leaves develop tiger-like patterns. They are not very particular about water quality and can adapt to a wide range of conditions from slightly acidic to slightly alkaline, making them an easy-to-introduce floating plant.
