I bought these for making miso, but I have a lot left over, so I'm selling them as a set of 10.

These are easy to use for making miso, umeboshi (pickled plums), plum syrup, etc.
The LZ-22 is perfect for making 3kg of miso.
I've actually used them for making miso, and as long as you remove the air thoroughly, no mold grows, so they are reliable.
Also, since they are transparent, you can observe the fermentation process, which is interesting.
