Hirosaki Neputa Festival Fan - Slightly Imperfect - Showa Retro

Thank you for viewing.

This is a traditional Hirosaki Neputa Festival fan, made with a bamboo handle.
It is over 10 years old and is a non-sale item that is no longer available.

There are some tears in places, which have been reinforced with tape.

It will be reinforced with cardboard and packaged.
