Local Counsel Federal Criminal Cases or Federal Civil Cases

The Law Offices of Shaun Khojayan & Associates, PLC is prepared to be the Local Counsel for Federal Criminal Cases or Federal Civil Cases in the District Court for the Central District of California or the Southern District of California. Given our experience and familiarity with the judges in these courts, we often are asked to serve as Local Counsel for attorneys and law firms that do not have a Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside or San Diego office. We are admitted in those jurisdictions and practice regularly in those Federal courts. We are available local counsel to take on any role you need to help you with your case. We can assist you with pro hac vice applications to the local courts and advise you on California Federal practice and procedure, particularly in litigating Federal Criminal and Civil cases. Our retention can be on a retainer, contingency or hybrid contingency depending on the case.
